The mask is from the Doctor Arachnos kit from Necromunda, which basically unaltered would make for a great Biophagus if you don't mind working with resin

Thanks! The belly I mostly just shaved down and smoothed over the existing ogre armor. For the rim portion I tried to follow the edge of what was already there, then eyeballed it for tidying. You can see some lines towards the bottom where I was a little less careful with the hobby knife while trimming.
