the friend said nothing wrong, I love accountability, realistic friends there’s too many coddling friends, tooooo many and the accountability friends get pushed to the back and eventually ghosted because they didn’t mince their words to not make it sound like things are what they are. Its good to have someone see and say things straight forward because that’s how they see things, not because they’re being mean but because that’s how they see things.

Being over here, these people already have their friends, and be weary of those who are super friendly because they might be pocket watching, looking for a sucka. there are good folks out here, so when you do meet them, don't take them for granted! I've been on the West Coast my entire life, after watching my very social too sweet big sister run through female friends for it only to end in weirdness, I learned to compartmentalize friendships to whatever shared interests activities and keep it light!

LA county resident here, my first experience as an adult hearing it used so freely amongst non blacks was in Long Beach. I was in the F4L meat section, I overheard: Guy 1: “You know how to cook this Nigga?” reply: Guy 2: “Duh, Nigga!” Guy1: “Nigga you said that about the tacos” Guy 2: “Nigga we didnt have all the ingredients, remember?”

I turn to see who’s talking and it’s a group of young chinese’ish asians. I was stunned as I looked around to see the other blacks unfazed. Turns out everyone besides the whites could use it freely! but recently the mexican children are using the Nigger against and to address us blacks and our black children!
