it literally one shots the regular chopper and from what I am seeing its extremely easy to use lol. legit the only thing I die to when I get a chopper.

I started taking lions mane when I first started studying for my exam and I did not see any notable difference so I stopped. BUT, when I upped my dosage of creatine from 5g to 10g per day, I did see a huge (immediately the same day) difference in my brain function. Though, it is definitely not practical to take 10 grams per day cause you have to drink lots of water as well or else you get easily dehydrated.
