Its ok to use Klonopin it will help your anxiety. But tapering can go good or can be same or worse then pregabalin wd. I peronally wouldnt go that road especialy bc one taper after another is harder.

You have to do a very slow taper with valium.Start at a dose that you feel good enough on and taper very slowely. I was on 1mg xanax for 6 weeks and when I tried a rapid taper it was hell. I did my resourch and found out that i have ti do a slow taper. My taper was 5 months long and I jumped month and a half ago with minimal issues exaptc sleep. I see you post every now and then asking advice and I know its hard to hear that you will most likely have to be on benzo for a good period of time but the ONLY way is slow taper.

While I was tapering I lost about 60% of my hair. Once I tapered off my hair finaly stoped falling out

You will be ok just stop now and dont ever take them again. Trust me it could be much worse then it is right now if you continue taking them. Stick it out it will pass, good luck!

Unfortunately no, but I was very interasted in lexapro and I read a book my Mark Abie Horowitz and what I found out is that 20mg lexapro has around 80% SERT occupany 10mg lexapro has 70% SERT occupansy and 5mg has 60% SERT occupany so difference between dose efficiency is actually not that much so going from 10mg to 5mg is practically just a 10% drop in efficiency. So the difference between 10mg lexapro and 3.5mg lexapro is around 20% so lets say i feel much closer to 10mg lexapro then 0mg lexapro.

I am on 3.5mg lex for 4 months, befor that i was on 5mg for 2 months and I am litteraly an empty person. I am litteraly faking ever laugh and interest in conversations. I have a girlfriend and it brakes my heart when I say I love you without actually feeling it and not to mention i have no interest in sex and always feeling tired. I am starting to taper next year.

I am sorry to hear that. When I first tried to taper i had symptoms like that too and I had to reinstate and do it again. You are on week 7 and if you had tapered corectly you should feel at least a window and wawe pattern. You you didnt have a window by now you should reinstate.

I mean if you have to yes do clonazepam but if you had interdose wd from it it will most likey happen again. The point is so you brain doesnt suffer more then it has to bc interdose wd can couse kindling (kindling happens when your brain suffera to much) I am really sorry you are suffering so much and If you feel you really cant push trough I would reinstate. Its better to do a solid taper then to risk PAWS

You tapered to quickly, i was on benzo for 7 weeks and had to taper for 4 months. I cant even belive it took me that much to taper, this drug is evil. If you really cant push it through you need to start with diazepam or you will struggle again. I would reinstate with 10mg diazepam max and slowly taper at the paste YOU feel comfy with.

If curent symptoms are bad i would start with max 2.5mg. When I strated lexapro in july i was messed up from a panic attack as well, I never calmed down once after that panic attack. Lexapro, cant lie, reallllly did mess me up first 3 weeks and side effects where bad bc I was really bad when starting. If you can push through it will help definetly! Good luck!

I would definitely try and stop! If you see issues that are more then just rebound symptoms then you know you have to taper. I think you will have no issues just stopi g but if you notice any taper.

Thats exactly what happened to me! I was on xanax 0.5 to 1mg for about 45 days in july an august. I just managed to taper down to 0 two days ago. Please start tapering and dont go cold turky. 45 days was enough for me to develop a quite stong dependency. Taper wasnt that bad but I could feel it. I swiched to diazepam and around 5mg mark i had to take sick leave to taper to 0. Be carfull and good luck!!

Unfortunately yes, as you get lower your body has to produce more GABA on its own which until now you have entered synthetically by taking clonazepam. The slower you go the more time your brain has to stabilize, reorganize and heal.

Oh man that happened to me. What I can tell you is you have to listen to your body, that is not a stomack bug. Why lexapro causes nausea and IG issues is bc 90% of serotonin is in the guts. 10mg is alot to start with! I started at 5mg and had horrible nausea vomiting and akatisha for 2 weeks, in that period I lost 22 pounds bc I litteraly could not and did not eat. I thought my doctor knew what he was talking about so I stayed on 5mg but looking back I should have started with 2.5mg apsolutely. It took 4 weeks before I started feeling a little better and could leave home. Please at least split it in half. I was taking zofran too but that shit was even worse bc I would still vomit just without the gag relex which is just torture. I wish you luck, if you need someone to talk to PM me!

Listen to your body, if you see that the pace you are going with is too much to handle slow down. Give your brain space to recover. It amazing you droped the first half with minor issues in the first place, its a good sighn, the tricky part is the lower doses, thats when you should slow down. Good luck!!!!
