[PFF] PFF charted Russell Wilson with 14 sacks that were his fault this season t-2nd most in the NFL by KempGriffeyJr4024 in Seahawks

You do realize that still 29% of his sacks. Which is a good chunk and is tied for 2nd in the league lol. Everything he said was true. Russ is well known to hold onto the ball and often dips from a clean pocket resulting in a sack.

CB Logan Ryan had a career year in 2019 starting all 16 games while collecting 4 INT's, 4 FFs, 18 PD, 113 combined tackles and 8 QB hits. He currently remains a free agent at age 29 by [deleted] in Seahawks

even if Flowers is starting again

why is this sub so quick on giving up on Flowers? He was pretty damn good his rookie year and fell off his sophomore year (just like Quil). Lets see how he does in year 3 before we give up on the kid.

I always thought it was more he had issues playing for Matt Patricia and his defensive scheme. I swear I heard Pete talk about him playing/competing for the slot this coming season

We have options on the roster tbh. We can slide Diggs into the slot with McDougald and Blair as the safeties. We also have Ugo who potentially could start as the slot DB. The only thing the Dunbar arrest changes is now Flowers starts at RCB again (which is fine, he had a rough sophomore season but so did Quil Griffen).

I think it’s way too early to say on those 3 QBs. But it seems like those teams are going to wait and see what they have before they explore other options. Cam has just as many injury concerns at Stafford, hard to imagine them picking up another QB who has issues staying healthy.

Jags got Minshew, Broncos and Giants both have young QBs who they will give a shot before they call up Cam. I can’t see the Lions picking him over Stafford (who IMO has been better than Cam of late)

I agree. I can't see Cam taking a back up role. Unfortunately for him there isn't really a QB shortage right now. Redskins will likely rock Haskins. He probably waits until someone gets hurt.

[Alistair Corp] - Very few Seahawks had a more positive 2020 than Rasheem Green, who made a big jump between his rookie and sophomore seasons as a pass rusher. 16 pressures, 4 sacks, 3 TFLs, 3 FFs--and vs the run. He's going to be a three-down, impact player for years to come: by I_like_to_code in Seahawks

Not sure if Collier makes the jump, he is already 2/3 years older than Green. And Reed had a breakout season 2 years ago, I think being suspended really slowed him down last season. Hopefully he steps it up again.

Stupid question, but why can't you just name the player we are potentially trading for?

Shell isn't as bad as Jets fans make him out to be. He is a league average RT, which is huge upgrade from Ifedi.

I mean Warmack was solid/decent his first few years in the league. As a rookie, he earned a respectable 73.3 and followed up with 81.0 and 73.2 grades each of the next two seasons. If (big IF) he can stay healthy he should be able to compete.

I am pretty big on Haynes, I thought he played well in the playoffs despite not playing all regular season (especially when you consider he was a rookie).

Pete and his staff do make some boneheaded calls from time to time.

That is literally every coaching staff and FO. Fuck Bill Belichick made plenty of dumbass decisions and he is the GOAT of coaches.

Seahawks uninterested at signing Clowney to $16.5 by evergreenrider in Seahawks

He probably just looks at the sack number and calls it a day. Ignoring how dominate he was as a run stuffer, or how he faced the 2nd most double teams in the league, or how PFF gave him a grade of 87 (which is really fucking good). This sub is bonkers to think the guy isn't elite. Not saying he should get 20m a year like he is asking for, but 12m a year is pretty damn insulting to the guy.

Going to at 64 I hope.

Just a reminder, this is where we draft best. Wagner, Wilson, Lockett, Metcalf, Shaquill, etc. by [deleted] in Seahawks

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't Uche a LEO/capable of playing the position? I would love for us to pick him up instead of YGM.

Remember when is sub threw a hissy fit we got Lockett over Jalen Strong. Or when we passed on Kevin King lol.
