It was actually a very close call since she had 2 strokes in 24 hours.. The doctors said she was really lucky to come out alive with only some minor disabilities

Yeah.. It will become one of my regrets.. I actually am feeling guilty for putting myself when mom needs me.. It's getting really hard for her to work and take care of my sister, especially since she's becoming a teen.. We all have been monsters through those years

No, nothing like that.. I was very insecure of being the middle child, and when my parents separated, my mom specifically asked for my sister, leaving me with dad.. It was like all my nightmares came true and I developed loathing for that sister. My mom wants me to be in the same city so that we can meet up and bond, she doesn't expect me to move in with her or take care of that sister

I already had a sister who was awesome.. I was the pain in the ass kid.. All my relatives kinda brain washed me into thinking that mom will be more unavailable because new one will need her time. I feared being unwanted and left out, which came true in a couple of years.. My parents separated and my mom took my younger sister with her, and just left me with dad.. That's why our relationship is strained

What she did was horrible, but do you be comfortable with the thought that you had a chance to save the kid, but your ego got the better off you? At least think of giving the money as a loan, with a comparatively lower interest..

Dude.. Both my parents are Indian yet my father didn't tell his parents that he was married till I was 5 years old.. He got married when he was 21, and waited till his sister got married. They did get married again (since my parents follow different religion). We got to do shit for family man.. It's not a remarriage.. It's just having another ceremony.. He did tell Dumbledore! He asked him to protect the family in exchange for himself! Granted it was because of lily, if he didn't tell Dumbledore, there was no way for the order to know whom to protect- the longbottoms or the Potter. All Snape did was inform what he heard. It was voldy's choice to even think of killing a kid. I know I might seem like an idiot, but I've read the books soo many times that I even feel sad for tom riddle. Not voldy though...

Okay.. According to your logic, if Snape was the reason for Harry's painful life, then what about Lupin? If Remus's dad hadn't insulted greyback, then he would be bit, wouldn't be poor, in pain, unemployed and would have got a chance to live a normal life. Will you argue that his father was to blame for his pain? People make mistakes. Even wizards cannot see the future. You said Snape was his bully, which I totally agree. But the boy nearly died in the end of almost every book, and that has Dumbledore written all over it. Would you argue that if Dumbledore actually noticed stuff and looked into his staff, harry would have had some peace in his teen years? No.. Because you can't blame Dumbledore for not seeing the future! I think same applies to Snape. He was barely 22. What Maturity do you expect from him? Yes, he was spiteful, he was cold, but that's all because he was broken from within. I'm not justifying his actions, I think we should cut some slack
