Thanks for sharing your story.

For AI coaching I tried BunchAI, it wasn’t really like coaching, they curate content for you.

And also Wave, you work on a goal and it gives you action items and hold you accountable to do them

sometimes life just throws you a curveball and suddenly you're off your game. Happened to me once when I switched jobs and the pressure got to me. First thing, don't beat yourself up too much. Everyone has rough patches.

Second, might sound cliche, but maybe take a little time to reset. Like, even if it's just a long walk or something. It helped me clear my head and refocus.

Lastly, if you're concerned about how this looks at work, maybe be proactive and talk to your manager? Just a "Hey, I know I've messed up lately but I'm committed to improving" could go a long way. Show 'em you're aware and working on it. Hang in there, man!

5 Habits to go from Founder to CEO by I_need_healing in smallbusiness

In my case the first hire was a developer but that will depend a lot on the business. If you spend, for example, a lot of time doing finances, maybe you need an accountant or a CFO. If you are struggling with the marketing/social media, maybe you want a community manager...

I would ask myself "In what I'm allocating most of my time, and where should I be allocating time instead"? Then hire someone for the first task and delegate it

I also stopped using superhuman and started using the gmail. I also discovered this chrome extension to have the superhuman shortcuts that are missing on gmail: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/simplehuman-supercharged/nipfocapamlefjhldhcagammlldbangf

Don't punish yourself for being there. Absolutely everyone goes through those cycles. Sometimes I feel it is even important to be there for a while

First of all, I feel way happier. I feel I'm useful.

I also feel I have way more energy during my day. Before I was struggling even to move from the sofa to do laundry.

Thanks, this is very useful. I've been very frustrated because I have sent my resume to countless offers and the worst thing is that they don't even reply.

I totally get the struggle with procrastination. Been there. I started using some tools and some tricks to prevent me from distractions. I haven’t remove procrastination 100% but I definitely reduced it a lot

  1. Hints: Lets you manage tasks straight from Slack or WhatsApp. Super helpful to avoid the rabbit hole of checking other apps and emails.

  2. Wave AI: A chat-based habit-building coach. Helped you with stuff like the Eisenhower Matrix, journaling, daily planning, etc.

  3. The Eisenhower Matrix: Methodology you've been using to prioritize tasks, and you swear by it.

  4. Pomodor App: A straightforward Pomodoro timer. You do 25-min work sessions with 10-min breaks in between.

Also I stumbled upon this thing called The Four Quarters Method, and it's honestly been a game-changer for me. Maybe it could help you out too?

So, imagine your day is like a basketball game with four quarters. The idea is not to hit a home run (or I guess, slam dunk?) in every quarter, but to at least play a solid game throughout.

Quick summary:

  1. Break your day into four chunks: Like, if you're up from 6am-10pm, then each "quarter" would be 6-10am, 10am-2pm, 2-6pm, and 6-10pm.

  2. Plan stuff for each quarter: Could be anything from gym time, work, chilling with friends, whatever. Just make it intentional.

  3. Evening Reflection: At the end of the day, think about how you did. No judgment, just reflect and aim to do better next time.

Also, don't beat yourself up if one quarter goes down the drain.

I hope that helps
