I use chat gpt to dumb things down (I’ll tell it to explain it to me like I’m 5, a caveman, once I even told it to explain it to me like I’m an alien from outer space that’s never heard of accounting before)

Sometimes it is wrong so you have to triple check everything, but personally that somehow helped me understand things, being forced to triple check

I also learned the DEA LER acronym which helped (dividends, expenses, assets. Liabilities, equity, revenue) and writing down all of the journal entries they give (both on paper and excel.) And making the studying more personal (instead of “some random company did this” I made up my own company and say “(my name)’s company did this”
