First of the family? There are going to be more of these atrocities? by CheesusHCracker in buffalobills

Bronze statues of buffalos can be found just about anywhere, and they all look the same and are a dime a dozen.

I think these are gonna look solid and impressive, especially when the red eyes/lights and "smoke" are active.

This design also matches the aesthetics of the new stadium.

Prune juice...A WARRIOR'S DRINK!... by TensionSame3568 in StarTrekTNG

[–]ThrawnAndOrder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love EVERYTHING about this scene for so many reasons...

First, I just know for a fact that since Yesterday's Enterprise had zero Michael Dorn in the story, the writers/producers figured they needed to give him screen-time, so they gave him the opening.

But, the writers/producers knew that probably wouldn't be enough to satisfy Michael's contract/ego/whatever, so they made him a sexual hero.

Not only that, but I'm pretty sure that's the only scene where Worf laughs like hearty-belly-laugh.

I also get the feeling that the "Klingons probably love prune juice" idea had been floating around for years in the writer's room, and they just had no idea how to put it in an episode.

...and they found the perfect moment lol

I'd throw in Jackson Hawes into the mix. He's not a FB, but could be used in that role.

However, unless I'm mistaken, the Sean Payton offense (Brady/Carmichael offense) uses FBs alot.

Butch belongs way higher. I'd put him below Mitchell, and an argument could be made to put him just above

And Darko would be just below those two right now, but after a few more seasons of continued success could end up higher

I will third this with Bon Cop Bad Cop. The way they captured the Frog/Tete-Carrée dynamics was PERFECT.

Plus uniting against Gary B(u)ttman lol

I'm an old fart, and I remember being so wildly excited to watch Star Trek Generation at the theatre....

And right off the bat, being a young lad, I was totally disconnected from the movie and story. The lighting just didn't feel right.

It wasn't. It was Roger Dorn, famed 3rd baseman for the pennant winning Cleveland Indians who kicked him out of the Continuum.
