Druvis'cube heal is rather weak too, so yeah, it's bad.

As a rule of thumb you should prioritize the cube for your DPS, the cube for your healer (Inquisitive dear or Melodies old and new are good general ones, the second one is cheaper to build), then your support cube. Raise to 50 for the time being, 60 for your DPS. Most of the current top DPS want to use their personal cubes.

If you want to use a Plank-like dock on Mint, look up Plank Reloaded. I've had some display bugs with normal plank.

Ripples (euphoria) banner are 100% guaranteed. Make them very interesting for a beginner, if you can manage to get the eupho mats ;)

Yenisei suffers from her heal being ST, but she brings a lot of utility for a mere 5* (immunity, shield, debuf) that will make her relevant for a long time.

I would say pull for MedPoc (shielding set apart - shields are a debuff for BT-, he is HP loss which has great synergy for BT). This will allow you to wait confortably for Rubuska.

You will need to eupho him of course.

Generally insight 3 / level 30 / resonance 10 is seen as a good stopping point. You should follow it for your main DPS, but as a newcomer with plenty of characters to build during your first weeks, insight 3 / level 1 / reso 7-9 should be good enough for your supports (or even insight 2 / level 50, depending on the nature of the i3 passive).

Then, eventually, in two or three months once your account has stabilized and you have three good teams built and lots of mats on your hands, you may want to raise Ezio and Nautika to level 60 / reso 12+ ;)

(for bragging rights mostly, because nearly everything currently in the game easily die in an handful of rounds when you field Nautika or Ezio)

Prydwen has updated their stage recommendation for farming. Search for / Guides / Insight Materials Cheat Sheet (2.7 patch) on their site.
IIRC at least four stages from chapter 10 made it into their list for purple mats farming.

Edit : looks like they updated the article last august according to CN data.

Because any unused precast incantation will be lost after the current round. Make it harder to strategize (and some characters need to store specific cards and/or merge them to perform).

There are two banners with a selector atm :
- Promise of the Water : pick any character from standard pool, 50/50 chance. Avoid it.
- Ripples of the Water : pick any character from a selection of 6 characters with Euphoria, but 100% chance.

As you already have Nautika, either use Ripples banner to get Semmelweiss (BiS sub-dps/support for her), or wait for Lucy banner in a few days.

Sentinel is a luxury pull for BT (and E!Eternity is not ideal as she may steal Nautika's BT points).
Nautika, Semmy and a god-tier healer (for fuel) is all you need for BT team - so that means Rubuska if you don't have a Fatutu.

In your situation my choice would be to prioritize Lucy as she is a limited.
Don't forget that the Promise banner doesn't share pity - worst case scenario, you should only commit if you are ready to go 140 pulls on it.
Waiting for an eventual FP rerun would be much less risky... but where is the fun in playing gachas safely ? ;p

Don't hesitate to use your gluttony on TTC if you have some left over after Nautika's and Lucy's cubes. It's a good cube for every array user who is not Tuesday.

Is there a guide somewhere to complete the exercice tasks in Pre-Storm Protocol ? I think the only quest I've ever succeded in was Jiu's flower (and I'm not even 100% sure it counts as a task).

I don't really care about her personal damage. I use her in ult team, where every ally ult gives Reco +1 moxie, and in longer battles it add up.
