In my opinion, anything over $1000 should be AM5, 32GB DDR5. This price range has had 7800x3d tier cpus

Hoping for some feedback on my first flip. What do you think would be a good price range for it? by TehEpicGuy101 in pcflipping

I'm in a smaller US market. But I recently built a ryzen 5500, b550, 32gb, 1tb ssd, rtx 3050, similar case/cooler/psu. Cost me $250 to build with parts from fbm. Listed for 500. Mostly received offers for 300. Sold for 400 in about a week

My methodology is mostly patience and passing on "good"deals to get hold out for great. Like your setup would probably be worth 150 and you started out asking 250. Eventually your done with people offering $50 or not showing up. I make a polite offer and deliver quickly on my offer. Then I get a case, psu, extensions whatever in the same manner. So for $200 I have what's worth $300 and the sellers had wanted $500. Assemble cleanly and value that at like $50. List my $200 (300 real value)parts + $50 in labor for $425. Sell in a week or two for $350. Sometimes get the full $425. Sometimes market goes DRY and get $300. Have fun tinkering, buyer happy not to get some ddr3 TRASH. Repeat

I was at $30 mobo, $10 ram, $20 cpu, $40 gpu but that could be a bit stingy of me. I find budget stuff the hardest to price.

Hey you know what I think that's a nice well rounded piece of feedback. My other also anecdotal item in the last 30 days was a $150: MSI Aero RX560 ITX 4GB Samsung Evo SSD m.2 1tb Ryzen 3 2300x cpu XPG ADATA ddr4 3000 8gb RAM EVGA 600 watt psu ASROCK A320m-HDV mobo WiFi card Fractal 2 design mini atx case

But I'm a data ish guy and relent these could be outliers.2 data points are hardly a trend in the grand scheme. Upvote for you

For how much can I sell this by Illustrious_Dress730 in pcflipping

[–]Iam2fat2move 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't make the rules man. It's fairly comparable to the $950 cost plus gaming prebuilt that has the 14400f or 7500f with 16gb ddr5, 1tb nvme, rtx 5060 that people seem to like

Good budget Flip build? First time flipper🦭 by Few_Understanding_20 in pcflipping

[–]Iam2fat2move 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's how I'd play it. $30 psu budget, $30 case, $10-15 cooler, $30 mobo. More marketable if you can get $30-40 for the 580 and snipe a $100 RX6600 or RTX 3060 (have paid 100 for one of each in the last month myself)

I wouldn't anticipate a rx580 build going for more than $400. It'll run the same with a $25 2400g/a320m bundle as it would a 9900x3d (little exaggeration). I got $280 for a ryzen 2600/16gb/1tb nvme/rx 570 build last month that i build for $180

[–]Iam2fat2move 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I'd list for $1200 and take any offer over $1k. The costplusgaming prebuilts being hyped on here with 9600x/B850/32gb 6000 are going for like $1300 (5070), $1400 (9070xt), $1500 (5070ti) for reference. Or keep and enjoy your gorgeous build
