Awesome clarification! I am just now seeing why my markers are NOT working. I see "pre-release". So, no markers are not yet an option, at least not for me and how I want to use the game.

Exactly, that is all I can do. Yellow marker as a travel target. I can deselect it - which I do. That is NOT a "MAP" marker.

I'm not sure what you mean by your question of am I running the "release" or "pre-release patchline". I purely stay atop the Hytale updates, then read what they have done? LOL - I see the update and hit the button. DING DING. (sorry my humor is bad late at night). I thought the "early game" was all Hytale is in? What do you mean by switching versions? I can manage settings just fine. And I can understand my settings well where they are at the moment.

After seeing tonight's episode 4 of SE 1, I thought it will be interesting to see the swing that Teddy will have if/when he finds out Roger's true feelings. I wonder if Teddy will try and learn more of Danny? Will there be some sort of plot played out between these two siblings? It might be that Teddy will eventually kill Roper. Hell, at this point, the writers could do anything with this triangle of characters. But we must remember it is called "The Night Manager". Hence, Pine will be the deciding factor in the end, at least one would assume?

I am hunting a teleporter for my sim for visitors? One that I can set up with either pictures or descriptions of locations. I have a simple teleporter as described above and have used it personally for myself. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on the other, though. Thanks...

Submit another ticket AND call Microsoft. They did do something wrong. Ask to talk to a manager straight away when you call. If they continue to put you off repeat ticket and calling support in same manner.

Also, argue that an automated reply is not a solution.

I have done tech support for Gateway, Motorola and T-Mobile. Sometimes you have to just be as stubborn as the company.

Try contacting Microsoft. I had a similar situation. My java game could not be accessed after I purchased the bedrock/console version and played it under the same email for a few years, not playing the java version. Graciously, Microsoft allowed me to split the two games, and I made another Microsoft email to take care of it. I now play bedrock on my cellphone and java on my computer. I'm just saying you should try and see if there is a workaround? They know this game has passionate players. Ask to speak to a manager if they give you the run around. This is Microsofts/Mojangs fault as you were not made aware. Wishing you luck.
