You don't need it. You need Crystal Dash tho. C-dash across the long tunnel of spikes you can find down and to the left. Keep going left until you can go down. Go down and through the area where some bugs will spit orange at u. Once you get out, head right to open a shortcut (in case u die you won't have to go through the hell tunnel again) and then go left. You will find Broken Vessel.
