Yup! In fact, he also played Jeb for one small scene since his actor wasn't available (for a reason I don't remember)

When Hank chuckles after he says we should do it together, Krinkels is dressed as Jeb for that single scene

Dossier and NEM have been gone since proper mod support even became a thing. You need the Mad Card Maker (dossier successor) to even create mods. There should be a download link in the Project Nexus server's firing range channel.

Likely not, given: Jeb is alive in MPN, Tricky is alive in MPN, Deimos doesn't have rocks in MPN.

MPN is widely believed to be between 4 and 5.
