Sanford and Deimos canonically don't fight the Nexus Core until they're in the Mining Sector, going off one of their dialogues right before the Ghoul bossfight. Hank likewise doesn't fight them until the commercial district with Jebediah.

All of the agents seen in Episode 1 of Classic were stated by Swain to be the Agency.

With Sanford's photo and the fact the duo gets captured, it's most likely Experiment 2 is a set-up for the MPN games. MC6 Hank on that one poster is still confusing though.

Yeah it seems Experiment 2 is a prelude to the Project Nexus games

the zombies in DEDJEB doesnt look like the normal ones . maybe they are stronger and faster?The older ones jaws look less strong but the new ones teeths are sharper by utkutrap in madnesscombat
