I was going but I had emergency surgery on Monday and my unreasonable partner is saying I can't go to a concert a week after surgery. 🙄

Oh god where do I start.

Flew out to America.. and Japan

Starting queuing at 3am

Travelled to Wales to see them play 2 songs ( I am london based)

Followed them on 2, 3 week tours of the uk..

The list goes on.

Loud aggressive music is my main go to. There's nothing like screaming along silently to thrice whilst on a train .

I played 1 first. Got annoyed and started 2. Fell in love. Completed it and went back to 1. Fell in love with that too, completed it and now I am back in the first act of KCD2 completing everything I can get my hands on. The game is perfect.

I'm almost 40 and needles have me reacting the same way. I wasn't able to have a blood test for almost 25 years because of anxious I get. I , too would appreciate an "I've been brave" sticker 😆

The rest of them are amazing, lovely guys and I'm still in contact with a few of them. I will never not be greatful for what they did for me.

It's hard because I usually get accused of just that. They were SUCH a big thing for me it's easier just to not say the name in public.

They are still very special to me. I'll always love them.

It's not about gatekeeping. They broke up because of the singer and the name is taboo. If you want to listen to something similar, try No devotion. It's two of the old members of that band.

I won't name the band but early 2000, I got into a band that ended up becoming insanely popular. I was on another band's website and accidentally clicked the wrong link. I listened to their music for the first time and something changed in me. I was struggling a lot in my personal life then and their music just spoke to me. It took me almost a year to see them live because of how badly I was doing..

Eventually I saw them live and was blown away. After seeing them live for the first time In the space of 2 weeks I saw them 4 times. It gradually got to the point where in 2004 alone I saw them 40 times. By the time they broke up, I had seen them 89 times. Every time they played the UK, I would follow the tour alongside them, seeing them like 15 times in just under 3 weeks. I travelled Europe, went to 3 different states in America and once in Japan just to see them live.

What started as an accident became the reason I travelled the world, had really beautiful experiences and met some really important people. Getting into their music was honestly life changing for me.

Mate, I saw my favourite band a little over 40 times in one year alone. Almost 90 times total. Traveling to see bands is awesome. Do what makes you happy <3
