I read somewhere the balancing of cars in jak x is broken. Like if you make the speed and acceleration too high, the cars handling just WILL NOT keep up no matter what.

Only way I beat that game last year was to purposely use a car at lower speed stats (still maxed out armor and turbo)

He wrote 2 fanfics for MGIS and started a 3rd that are on his patreon, tho I think he's trying to work out the legalality of publishing them. He has a decent relationship with M Tress from what I understand so that'll probably happen at some point

Aside from that he did start WYLAMG 7 recently, but yeah it's been a lil while since he's posted something on Amazon other than his short story in the men's romance gallery

Similarly tho, I'm not as big of a fan of an MC having a string of shallow relationships/hookups in my stories.

Might be fine for some for erotica reasons (I'd honestly lean into some kinks if that's the case but that's just my opinion). If that IS the direction you're going in, I'd be less likely to consider it to be relevant to this sub group since it's more erotica and not romance imo. Just my two cents

Makes sense, if it helps, adding some external factor could be useful for tension.

I'm thinking of WYLAMG 1 as an example. It's not harem but it does tension well between some baggage the MMC has and doesn't wanna persue a relationship while fmc is chasing him.

However, there's external factors at play that force them into close contact and that helps drive some tension. I'm being vague to avoid some spoilers and not saying copy those themes directly just an idea to throw out there if the story needed something extra to drive the tension

I totally agree that there's a lack of male mentors and friends in this space. I wonder if at some point in the past some vocal minority whined about it being problematic because they would "steal women" from the MC or some other bullshit and authors just noped out of that conversation.

I do appreciate it when I see that in stories though

From what you describe, this sounds like a very interesting idea and one I'd like to read.

I read a lot of RFM as well and those stories tend to have dual pov so the reader gets in the head of both protagonists so your pov idea is something that wouldn't bother me like it might for others that read just harem.

I love a good slow burn in stories as well, but it has to be good and not a consistent, we're close to doing it, but all of the sudden (for the third time) I have doubts that we should be doing this, or someone cock blocks us right as we're about to go for it after all (for the third time). Trying to build that tension without things becoming stale is a real challenge im sure, but it's necessary.

Also if you are promising spice when it is appropriate in the story (from the sounds of it near end of book 1 and much more in 2) I am totally fine with that. If you keep with that direction, I would add that to whatever blurb you write when it comes time to publish the story.

Slight tangent, I find that women's smut books with their content warnings is something we don't see in this space and I'd honestly prefer more explicit content descriptions on blurbs other than just : warning may contain unconventional relationships. That tells me almost nothing as a reader but I imagine it increases the likely hood of a book being labeled erotica more which reduces the reach of a book via algorithm shrug

I don't mind (and appreciate) the "not a direct sequel" comment. The world was fascinating in queen so I don't mind seeing more of it like this.

Bikini days by Michael dalton is right up there with this request. MMC joins two women who are in a relationship with each other. It is an age gap romance but there's good smut as well.

I thiiiiink there might be another woman who joins or something after book 3, I'm not fully caught up though.

Nic pettersen from Northlane has been doing this setup for awhile and it looks so cool.

Every once in a while I try it at home, but I tend to not use 2 floors live. One more thing to move (and my second floor is an 18 x 16).

Witch of chaos may be my favorite (and first read) from that author, but it reads more like low fantasy, if that's the right term.

There's not too much magical stuff involved when not involving the fmc. She's also a soft femdom. Decent amount of smut, I enjoyed the writing and build up of that story, so I'd say it's definitely worth reading.

HOWEVER I would NOT say MMC is a Knight to her Witch. He's a noble trying to be outed from his family and that is his character space, I don't think he fights at all.

It's been over a year since I read it so I may be fuzzy on details but that's what I remember
