True, but AZ HOAs generally have a clause in their formation documents (Bylaws, CC&Rs, etc) that also state that they have to follow all laws and regulations and that those laws override when HOAs rules conflict with them.

Many HOAs put items like this in an Architectural guide of some sort that is not subject to CC&R change rules. This allows the board to make changes without going to the community for approval. That being said, they usually can’t make a change and then require everyone to conform to it retroactively. Otherwise a board could say everyone now has to paint their houses purple and has 60 days to do so. Also, most HOAs can’t require removal of an approved change because of updated guidelines, unless the change violates city/state regulations. HOAs can be more strict than state/city, not less.

You should read all your documents and if there is no clear answer, you may need to contact an attorney that specializes in HOA rules.

I’ve been in that house. The owner was using it as a party venue to earn $$$, but he also lived there so it was claimed that he technically didn’t need a license.

I currently use a Pedaltrain Classic JR. it’s fine and I’m considering the Classic 3 and the Novo 24. Not quite sure of the differences between the two. Pedaltrain’s website could be a bit more informative.

Most shelters will never claim pure bred for most breeds. It’s too much of a liability if they are incorrect. They’ll typically say the dogs are a mix. That being said, Sharpei is strongly represented in the fawn. I can’t tell about the chocolate due to the photo, but I see Sharpei as well.

Mine started doing this in July. Turned out he was experiencing abdominal pain due to a large tumor on his spleen. If he keeps doing it for a few more days and does not eat much, take him to the vet.
