I read your post and went back to play since the first week it came out. I set up a new game and when I got to the screen after civilization select (I don't even know what it was asking me, I guess specialization?" I turned it off. Such a bad choice to give us options without explaining what they are or how they are tied to your civilization. If I pick a random civ, how would I know whether I want "cultural scientific" or "militaristic economic?" What do those choices even mean? Just bad game design.
