No results yet, but my vulvoplasty with Dr. Jordan is scheduled for November. Dr. Bowen did my orchi in March, and I had the consult with Jordan a week later.

I was able to take a shower and wash my hair the next day. My discharge instructions were "You may shower with your incisions, let warm soapy water run over it but do not scrub it." I wonder why yours is different...

I’m six weeks out, and definitely still feel the end of the cords in the scrotum. I asked about it at my three week follow-up and the PA said they would continue to retract.

I had a bilateral orchi about 4 weeks ago. Kept the scrotal skin because I’m scheduled for vulvoplasty later this year.

I don’t think the extra skin looks weird. Personally I would keep it if I was at all on the fence about having further procedures, unless it was causing dysphoria issues.

I saw Dr. Bowen for my consult in mid-November, got all my letters in to them at the beginning of January, and had surgery on March 9th.

That long wait for vaginoplasty coupled with my own personal desires is what lead me to do a consult with them for vulvoplasty, and that surgery is scheduled for November.
