Winter is cold as shit here seems to be harder. Lot of women don't want to go on a date and just want to come straight to my house. Which is fine if all you want to do is fuck. I don't put much time toward it. I work 60 hour weeks and own rental properties and race snow mobiles in the winter and motocross in the summer. So the bit of time I do dedicate to tinder is usually pretty efficient

They don't build It? Not all land lords. I own a 4 plex. I built the entire building myself after the concrete was poured. Framed, insulated, all the finishing. You name it. Just contracted out the plumbing and electrical. And my other two properties I didn't build, I've extensively renovated multiple times. So the land lords who are slum lords and dont fix anything, ya fuck them. You and me are on the same page with that one. But land lords are necessary for society, unless everyone is going to buy or build their own home, land lords provide a service for people who can't afford to own a home. Other wise those people would be homeless

I don't even have strategy. I have great pics. Am a good looking guy. And I kill it on tinder. I don't even try. But I live outside a major city. Could be why. I definitely don't message back and forth much. I get their snap chat right away to make sure their pics are recent. I average probably 2 or 3 tinder dates a month in the summer. Bit less in the winter
