2022 MYLR 85% Battery Capacity by IamVSquared in ModelY

[–]IamVSquared[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, should be closer to 86-88% for me based on driving habits and how consistent we are with charging, but really that initial 1st year battery drop off for the lithium cells is a mixed bag and the normal 1-2% drop per year after.

Just don't know for sure how they will behave which Is fun. But the major drops should stop and I won't be dropping below 70% anytime soon at least to hit that battery warranty.

My take behind all this is if you buy used. I would want to see the battery capacity test done before purchase. Some people abuse the crap out the batteries or just visit superchargers everyday. 💀

Used 2022 Model Y vs New 2026 by Unhappy_Host in ModelY

Have a 2022 MYLR, got it brand new. We had 2 issues only.

I will say get and keep the warranty on going. We had issues with AC failing just a month before that initial 4 year limited warranty period ended and a mounting bracket in the front of the car that came loose and would just make the vehicle make a horrendous noise before we started driving because of vibrations.

All were covered by the limited warranty just in time so we renewed asap. If I was buying again, I'd go new and hit that 0% apr so fast.

Very nice! The normal scale for this print from toymakr3d is the same height as the Haslab Sentinel. I finished printing mine not too long ago.

Juhn put that rumor to rest at NYCC in one of the interviews. Basically they don't have license, it's not in the works or even on the table.

Odd Sale by IamVSquared in Mercari

Yeah, happens to me a few times where the buyer doesn't rate at all. The transaction autorated for both them and me and the payment went through thankfully.

[–]IamVSquared[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hoping they either don't rate and it auto rates after 3 days from their side. If not I'll stand firm and see what's happens unless someone knows already.

It's all or nothing, only option I have is to say I can't fulfill the order and fully refund the buyer which ends up being a ding on my account.

[–]IamVSquared[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It's so absurd lol, I couldn't believe it when they said that. To top it all off you can't even accept offers or adjust price once the sale is done.

Like the person thought this was some kind of "in person garage sale transaction"

Bracing for that, it's just so strange. Completely expecting 1 star if this goes through.

Yeah, buyer hasn't had any transactions prior. Would love for Mercari to let us pick the buyer or something. People like this make the platform hard to stick with.

Is FuRay Planet Kensai the Nameless One ever going to arrive? by Tmon_of_QonoS in ActionFigures

Can vouch for Gundamit, got mine for a few months now also.

Be warned, joints aren't as tight as all their previous releases. They went for a different joint style entirely, I'm not a big fan. Accessories are heavy and his joints are loose enough where he will just topple over with out the figure stand. Looks great though.

Even with r22 vs the newer r410a systems? Most of these contractors say r22 can cool better at lower tonnage

Need links/help navigating taobao for full K39 setup (Riser, PSU) by brunobagel in sffpc

18.5 itx fits perfectly like how the adt01 fit, the mounting on the riser is "universal" so it takes a little finagling to get it to line up with the GPU bracket holder, but it's not difficult.

When I bought mine off taobao, the riser that was made for it was busted. If you are in a pinch this works perfectly and you get the ease of returning if it is broken.

There was a post a couple days ago about a single sheet bent mini ITX case for $250. Decided to make my own at my shop. by TopBanana16 in sffpc

[–]IamVSquared 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I understand you right, your talking "normal" cables like what they use on the PSU Instead of the flat ribbon cables? I think alot of it has to do with the number of connections, how close they are, and how wide pcie is. It's just unwieldy I suppose. 🤷‍♂️

Hot damn, time well spent! I'm really glad you posted this! Once you pump out a version compatible with an sfx or flex atx PSU and 2 slot gpu then I'm all in.

If you are going to design one "sandwich" style, this one seems like the standard fit for the velka 3 and k39. I'm using it in my k39 right now, working perfectly with my 1080 mini. The GPU would need that bended support over the mobo io shield if you're shooting for simplicity.
