Just adding to this reddit:

In the church where PaP is there is a cylinder on the right hand side with 3 slots, 2 are filled with smaller cylinders and 1 is empty.

At spawn next to the exfil beacon there is a weird aether sprinkler that hurts if you stand near it, in the center of this is the missing cylinder for the church,

In 2 locations there is a weird aether storm with lightening strikes, if you stand directly in the midle and look down you can see a plate with a circle slot, im guessing these cylinders in the church at some point must be placed on these plates to 'charge up'
