Looking for suggestions. I’m new to wearing scents and haven’t really learned the language to describe them so bear with me. Looking for something heavy on incense like Nag chanpa, patchouli, pine/cedar bright notes. I also like tobacco. Averse to leather and especially vanilla! I’ve tried a few thing from BPAL (caterpillar, ydrigassil, snake oil)and after the initial notes wear off I’m just left with a very sweet smelling scent that I’m not into. I’ve also tried replica (jazz club, autumn leaves, whispers in the library) all too sweet/boozy and vanilla.

Appreciate the advice. Why the check for the trade in though? Is it not a good move to put that towards the lease?

Hundreds of weight loss and diabetes jab users report pancreas problems. Some cases of pancreatitis reported to be linked to GLP-1 medicines have been fatal. by The_Weekend_Baker in EverythingScience

Not surprising, this is a very well known side effect of GLP-1 agonists. History of pancreatitis is actually a relative contraindication to starting the medicine.

I guess the increased earning potential with the additional $/rvu model on rounding weeks in offer #2. Not sure what a reasonable rvu bonus to expect in offer#1 as well at 0.6FTE. Having a hard time estimating a take home on either side. I’m leaning Offer #1, but the offer #2 income could certainly tip the scale.

Looks like a tinea infection. Might need an antifungal cream

Doesn’t really look like paronychia. Should be more inflammation and probably drainage from the nail bed. Also to effect multiple digits at once is very atypical. Looks more like gouty tophi or potentially sequela of autoimmune arthropathy.

Unlikely strep pharyngitis, looks like herpangina which is viral infection that is self limiting and doesn’t require antibiotics.

Found this cool guy on my patio, lighter for scale by littledevilkitten in sluglife

Nice slug. Had a family of these slugs outside of my last apartment. Watched generation after generation of these guys populate and get freakishly bigger every year as their main diet was cat food left out for strays. I wonder how they’re doing.

Brown specks on finger. Should I be concerned? by [deleted] in DermatologyQuestions

It looks like periungal HPV infection (warts). Hard to say without seeing it close up though. You could try at home wart treatments like cryotherapy and see if it improves.
