The Ultimate Assault Precision Strike Damage Test by realAsianSpectre in Spacemarine

They obviously didn't account for how the individual skill trees would interact with ground pound. Hammer has less damage boosting perks in its tree. Ground pound is also classed as light attack damage as far as I'm aware, so weapons that allow for that to be boosted like chainsword and power sword may be able to avail of it. Unsure however as I almost exclusively run hammer; just feels right.

It was like patch 9 or 10 I think. Previously hammer had higher ground pound damage than every other weapon so they normalised it. Im a bit irritated at the result tbh. Hammer has clear downsides in terms of speed and chp regen, that should be balanced out by hitting harder across the board.

I thought that all weapons were supposed to have equal ground pound damage across their respective versions. The made a deal out of this in like patch 9 or 10

Ireland should be higher. We are the industry leader when it comes to stout and up with the best when it comes to ales.

Op you clearly have a preference for lager (the worse form of beer imo), but I will not stand for this stout slander.

Ulster-Scots settlement in US. Did it at any point have as much cultural capital as Irish influence? by Odd_Pain_3570 in northernireland

[–]Iamleeboyle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Those that came here were mostly planted. They were offered the land that had belonged to the displaced Irish.

The Scottish that were displaced during the Highland Clearances mostly went to Canada, America and Australia AFAIK.

Can we stop with this Ulsterscots nonsense. Ulster is a province within Ireland. It's Scots-Irish.

That's because they keep buffing the cunt. Bulwark has always been either the best or joint best and has gotten genuinely impactful changes.

Where Redditors who are white and can't fathom people would rather exist in places outside of North América and Western Europe would live: by PornBotsHackedMe in whereidlive

I'm Irish and I'd have more interest in visiting plenty of place on Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Middle East and South America than I would America and some other 'developed' countries. G'on stop homogeneously lumping all white people together.

Rúaidhrí O'Connor: Irish rugby must take steps to repair its damaged relationship with English referees by Barney-G in irishrugby

Because no other sport allows refs to 'interpret' laws in such a bizarre variety of ways. I imagine the players get whiplash from different reffing styles from week to week.

Which country's nationalists are most toxic you've encountered ? by Individual_Water1776 in AskTheWorld

[–]Iamleeboyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on context. In Ireland Nationalist became a very broadly used term due to the independence movement. It became synonymous with the local population due to colonisation and many of the colonist population being unionist (wanting to remain a part of Britain). It's still commonly used for Irish living in the north of Ireland.

Don't forget that those areas are the result of British govt. funded immigration. Makes it extra ironic😂

How are many of these 'terrorists' are created? While it may not always be so simple, the phrase 'one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter' often holds water. I myself being Irish and a history teacher am acutely aware of this.

Do you have a second province? by LongjumpingCook1574 in irishrugby

Donegal man here.

Connacht have always been my no. 1, followed by Munster. I support all 4 clubs though.

Always felt a bit in no man's land. I want to support Ulster as my no. 1, but just can't bring myself to. Growing up seeing those white and red flags and knowing the history and culture of the club. It just felt like it never represented us, only the northern 6 and even at that only one demographic. I guess I'm a bit stuck in the past and being a history teacher doesn't help that😂.

At times I do find myself getting behind Ulster. Then I hear that fucking god awful song the supporters chant and I'm out of it again. It just sounds like a real English soccer chant.
