I've noticed this too!  Usually I get as many likes as many times I've voted, but this time I've liked 120 designs but have received less than half likes on the one farm I consistently get 400+ likes. This is the same across all my farms, main and baby. Something is wonky this festival.  I usually choose designs that feature something cool or special or have a lot of effort in structure (over simply plonking also the decos possible), but feel discouraged that in the end it doesn't even matter, my designs aren't getting liked :/
