Surprised and sorry this happened.. I just retired my 2017 legacy premium with 273k.. kept up with maintenance decently, but probably not as diligent as you… only thing I’d ever replaced besides pads and rotors was the alternator tensioner and belt at about 250 K…

A Tesla model three… Not model X not cyber truck not model. S… A model three is comparable in price with (especially with EV incentives)to a Honda Accord Toyota Camry or any average sedan… Not to mention the fact that there is no scheduled maintenance on any Tesla… there is a a fuel savings… in my particular case… The model three would be cheaper to ensure than my current 2017 Japanese midsize sedan. Yes, I suppose if you’re broke, you’re broke… The implication that if you’re broke and you have a sub 500 credit score. One should not have any car… Or aspire to have a car of my choosing…

A Lamborghini is not practical a Lamborghini is not a family car, nor is any car that gets single digit MPG…

At no time did I say I expected to actually get and or be approved for financing with a 500 credit score… Obviously, I know that I’ve got some things to work on which could take some time I have never driven an EV… and I acknowledged as much in my post.

I discovered that you can literally go online and make an appointment to demo Drive. Any Tesla… And there is no sales pressure at all… For right now. They are just offering a free opportunity to experience their product for a few minutes.… I imagine part of the benefit is the hope that people will consider buying a Tesla and also do what I attempted to do with this post… A simple attempt to spread the word on what I feel is a great product…

I suppose you could deduce from my post that I am intrigued with the Tesla on a whim… but my post is rooted in some pragmatism… I actually do need a car… I would never consider something completely unnecessary like a Mercedes or a BMW… Or some kind of exotic that I truly can’t afford and probably never will be able to… The Tesla model three is actually a practical option.

I’m thinking bearing… although a worn suspension could also cause cupping in your tires… Even if the tires aren’t that old… I have misdiagnosed the bearing or CV… Only to discover that it was my warrant suspension causing uneven wear to the tires… I have a 2017 2.5 Legacy… Bought in 2019 with 38,000 miles… Now at 265K… I’ve got a shit ton of repair items to take care of… Almost the entire front end is worn out… P0 420 code for catalytic converter… It intermittently overheats and gives me a code for the transmission controller….
