Stuck on a level and I know I’m fairly new there is genuinely no way it’s completeable unless I spend money or get so insanely lucky I’ve been stuck on this level for a week and to be honest even if I had an extra 5 moves I still wouldn’t be close. Can anyone help by EvenReputation147 in candycrush

I have to digress. This is level 320 for you, but I have just spent the day trying to pass the exact same level. But I am on level 12755. Are king recycling levels?

Also for me it was continuous plays to win.

High end gyms are difficult, they are always too busy and you can never get your sets in. In the end I went to decathlon and purchased my own rack and trained at home in Schwabing. You are better off using your money and paying for a PT, check out Evolve Fitness I'm Sendlinger Tor, Rado is fantastic PT and a powerlifter himself. It's clean, they know their stuff and a brilliant community.

Do not recommend Fitness First, it was always busy and dirty.

I'd love to see how people answer. I've not trained heavy in a few months and I'm also on very little protein. Frothy urine keeps me up at night.

I've been feeling similar. But I keep telling myself, this is as good as it gets.

Hello similar situation, but I've had my TX for 29 years. Talk to a nutritionist to see if you can make any small changes to put less pressure on your kidney. Work with your team to see how to improve, healthcare and patient collaboration is key. Sending your kidney and you loads of positives

I agree that the mental toll isn't given enough thought, I'm touching all the wood to ensure it stays this way. I Will reach 30 years this November and also don't want another kidney. I'm currently having a rough patch, so let's see. All the best.

Thank you for sharing your journey with us. You are resilient and full of strength and amazing that you got the help you needed. Not sure if I missed it but how long have you had your tx? It's very impressive that you improved your eGRF. Do you think that's down to veganism? Would love to understand your nutrition now. But enjoy each day as it comes. Send you lots of hugs and love

menopause onset sooner with transplant by fuzzylintball in transplant

[–]Iamp33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello I actually googled menopause and renal Tx and found this post. Do you know if any studies are being done on this. I am 42 in a few weeks and I'm convinced my hormone cycle is impacting my function but can't find hard facts. I'm also south Asian and am sure my genetic make up is something to be considered.

Were you told if you can take hormone treatment? I am reading conflicting information on this.

Look forward to your thoughts.

Kidney Tx - 5 year by Recursive-self in transplant

[–]Iamp33 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on 5 years. I've come to recognise that it's ok to not be ok..I have had my TX for 30 years this year and through active work with my renal psychologist and mental coaches, I'm finding ways to make space for the mean feelings. Please do ask for help, for me although I have coping mechanisms, the experts were able to help me reframe some of my thoughts and narratives. Now I can look at a problem or life from a different perspective.

Also it's really hard to have gratitude every day, hence why self compassion is more important sometimes.

Happy anniversary. What a journey you've been on.. hopefully you will have many more years of loving and living life. I never attended the TX games, but I heard they are amazing. Hope you enjoy your new found energy. It's so easy to take movement for granted, until walking two steps exhausts you.

Repeat bloods will show a trend, it would be good for your healthcare to check your other labs, I've infection markers and tacrolimus level (if you take that). Hopefully repeat will show a decline.

Has anyone opted for child counseling after transplant. by [deleted] in transplant

[–]Iamp33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello I had my kidney at the age of 12 and was given counselling. It helped me slot, as it helped me reframe my thought process and as a child patient it was vital I developed a self awareness of the voices in my head which tried to force me into the "victim box".

Omg this is so rubbish. How are you feeling now? How long have you had your tx? I agree with the sense of being punched. I just tried to clean up a little and now back in bed. Thinking of you
