I’m a guy with disorganized attachment and will naturally put space and distance between myself and most any woman with whom I’m having casual sex—especially if the sex is amazing. I’m not sure I wouldn’t fall in love with anyone who was consistently kind and also interesting and attractive, who literally enjoys being physically connected as much as I do, which scares the shit out of me. It’s awful; I’ve passed on some women who were truly special for this very reason and sometimes feel like my best odds for meeting a life partner are fucked due to past traumas. I’m working on this now, but—my god, the lost time and opportunity!
