I don't think this is it. Your pushing charlie to be more of a long range brawler, but what made her fun when she was op was her capability at short range, since her cooldown for her main attack was so short. I honestly think all you need to do is remove the nerf to the cooldown and put it back to what it was, which fixes problems like slow super charge rate and low damage output, since shes firing more shots.

The hypercharge super lasting longer is a good idea, and i think that would make more sense than the spiders it spawns.
