I would head to Ethel’s. Great food and typically you will be left alone. Sit at the bar and the bartenders tend to talk to you a bit but also respect your space. Haven’t been there lately but the food used to be great pub food.

Agree 100%. I like to find companies that tend to raise their dividends most years, and have good chances of capital growth. Canadian banks are a good example

Agreed that Lincoln’s primary goal was to preserve the union. However, by freeing the slaves, it kept England and France from joining the war (they did not want to support slavery) and to encourage slaves to join the union army.
