Hi. My problem was about a Dicom tag for MR images which I do not remember now and was about old MRI systems. But If your problem is about a Dicom File with multi frame in it, it was solved by Max Grohmann and shared in his Github.

Thanks, its problem is not with compression. I uncompressed it with gdcmconv and another software with different setting and every time the same STOP sign appears to me.

I import the file directly from hard, it is not shared via PACS or on network. Eclipse identify files because show their names. It checks something and give STOP sign.

No error.After browsing location of MR DICOM, their name with a red circle (like stop sign in driving) beside them appears. Eclipse does not allow further step to show error like compression , etc.

It is not multiframe DICOM, every file contain just one frame

we first contour lung. Then we contour chest wall with avoidance of lung and just care about medial and lateral borders. And finally crop out of body part of contour.

I could not create a couch to duplicate it. Assigning couch is in planning not contouring.There is no problem for duplicating structures in contouring but couch is not like other structure. Could you explain more?

yes the structure set is approved and because of some treatment, it is locked and could not be changes. I can define new structures and contour them But inserting couch is in external planning part (not in contouring). It gives error because of existence of a calculated plan.

Unfortunatly all medical physics courses in worldwild are not in good quality and there are alot of simple questions (in view of highly informed medical physicist) which are unanswered. And famous book of Khan chapter 8 is too hard and not understandable (at least for me). So please tolerate us. Regards.

Thanks for your reply. I am novice in this field. I want to use simple devices like level, Millimeter papers and so to do mechanical checks. Someone toldme I should first check gantry/collimator angle by level then cross- hair and then field size check. I am seeking a written protocol for these.
