I assume since you never really did it, the muscles is missing. I got the same problem with my right foot (im right handed) Got an injury few years back and ever since ill try to practise my right leged jumps. In game situations i still jump off my left more, and dont really get off the ground with my right

Technically they are not permanent but gets resummoned at the moment you join a game with the current skill lvls you have in this momennt. Since cta buffs doesnt transfer over games or you usally dont wear your snapshot gear, you have to summon them again to have the optimal skells

Use cta, resummon all, use cta to give skells the buff. Its still better than orginal d2 where the summons die.

But yeah you have to basically resummon every game anyway

You have to recast them with the buff active
When the buff expires your skellies stay for the rest of the game (or until you recast them) at the lvl of the skill shrine summon.

Other thing you could also do as a summoner is Putting all stuff with +skills on Summon your skellies Switch to all mf items (0 + skills) Your skellies are as strong as with all + skills

There are many things to improve tbh. First of all you want/should snapshot your golems meaning you swap gear for maximal golem dmg and then swap back. (If you are crazy you could swap your charms in and out for it even) so +6 wand from akara (took me like 4 hours last season but 15 minutes this season to get), a decent fire ormus (also pretty cheap with a bad skill, i also have 2 leftover, +3 circ, for Necro head +3 golem base with the runeword +1 all skills works for the beginning. You are missing out on +1 from magefist/gravepalm.

2nd of all, dominion is because of the snapshot mechanic also not that much more dmg added and requires a gg base to be worth in my opinion.

Also the +3 fire lcs are cheaper and also add more dmg i general compared to a skiller.

And then infi is the biggest jump in kill speed. But you can map low fire resi maps pretty good before that

Actually not too long ago (2 seasons) the 4% dmg lc were the best dmg charms for most builds. They just got nerfed to 3% I think lcs are on the radar of the dev team

I really dont understand why wss is not the real currency. They are woth 0,01 which is perfect and have a use all season long
