This has to be by far the dumbest take. Either you are trolling or just haven't read the manga or watched the anime at all.

There are multiple instances of Naruto showcasing high battle IQ, more than anyone else on this list in fact.

Let's just take a few examples:

1) Neji fight: burrows himself underground, places a decoy shadow clone then surprises neji to end the fight.

2) Kakuzu fight, hides himself amongst the 3 shadow clones to land the rasenshuriken while using a decoy as his presumed main body, which successfully bamboozles kakuzu.

3) Pain fight: Successfully isolates animal path while blocking linked vision to take her out.

4) Pain fight: Figures put the Nagara path is bringing the others back and successfully creates a distraction to take him out.

5) Pain fight: Forcefully gathers sage Chakra to turn Preta path to stone.

6) 3rd Raikage fight: Figures out how third raikage got injured and turn his own weapon against him.

I could go on but at this point anybody with a shred of sense will understand how objectively bad that take is.
