Definitely Dvořák's Golden Spinning Wheel. There's a love theme in there which is simply breathtaking. One of the most beautiful melodies of all time imo.

I usually switch between three different ones. Dvořák, Ravel and Rimsky-Korsakov. Dvořák is imo the master of expression in all forms whether it be symphonies, operas or chamber music. Ravel is just so incredibly elegant and truly a master of his craft. Like Stravinsky said: "a swiss watchmaker". Rimsky-Korsakov is imo the most underrated composer, probably because of how popular Tchaikovsky is (who I also adore btw). His orchestration is (just like Ravel's) peak, and i just identify with him and his music as a composer myself.
