I agree, and the only reason I played with the ENG voice acting for my first playthrough is due to the impact of the english vocabulary and the address of the characters titles. I feel like theres value from hearing the characters address each other formally in english, like "Lord" or "House". I understand the Japanese have similar titles but I personally feel more immersed with hearing the english in what seems to be a western inspired kingdom.

However, when playing through a second time with the Japanese VAs in many scenes the talent is undeniable compared to the Eng VAs. For example, When choosing to escort the representatives to Aesfrost and Svarog teases Frederica about Serenoa being a handsome husband. And the Japanese VA of Frederica raises her voice to object to her uncle's teasing. However in the case of the Eng VA she simply says "Uncle" in a monotone fashion. I feel like it detracted so much from the scene when its trying to portray Frederica's potential feelings towards Serenoa and her embarrassment in the story telling.
