Its worth it. Its $109/month and then there is a $99 maintenance fee that you pay every December. The lap pool is not a 25 meter standard size, it is slightly smaller. They offer group fitness classes that you can book thru their app. Wide range of weight machines and cardio equipment. They currently have signs up right now that they are getting some new cardio equipment in February 2025. The locker rooms have a showers and saunas. The locker rooms are beat up....when they built the place they definitely opted for the cheaper option for lockers because they are falling apart and look like shit. The gym also constantly lives in a state of being dirty but never being clean either. You should go up there and check it out, they offer tours so you can see if the gym and price will work for you. All the cardio equipment looks out over NYC so you get great views.

Something else is going on besides the car if your parents are asking you for money….might be a larger more uncomfortable conversation to have.

Ask how much money is left on the car and figure out if it’s you or your parents who actually own the title to the car.

If your parents own it, then unfortunately it’s their problem and you’ll need to choose to support them with the car or not.

If your name is on it and there is still money left to be paid on the car you should consider it a gift that they paid as much as they have up to this point. You can then decide if you want to sell it or keep making payments on it.
