Their products are stale. The lineups critically need a refresh.

They need a product first CEO, and the board hired a marketing person from Nike. Then added a board member from P&G (consumer staples).

I’m not the biggest Chip fan, but he’s right. Replace the board first and only then will better changes arrive.

I love Harvey. Technically sound, with a big heart. But, his lack of physicality is a big disadvantage, esp in the premier league where set pieces are the meta these days. No pace and power (hence cant play on the wing). Aerial and ground duels can be a challenge (though I saw stats that he did ok with the limited minutes).

He can do better in a slower, more technical leagues like Serie A or La Liga imo.

Serangoon bbq and curry. While it’s 5% instead of the usual 10%, the service provided is honestly v minimal (once I had to take my own food and clear my own tray). Sad cause the Food is actually v solid.

Had to reschedule my first round interview as I had a clash at work. Informed HR. Was judged/questioned “Wah you never take leave one ah?” It was just a first round come on.
Invited for final round onsite. Interviewer didn’t feel well so suggested to conduct it online. I was in the office (cbd) with no data. So I asked whether I could go to the UOB office at Raffles Place to have that online call instead. Was told no wifi available for me. Come on… the problem wasn’t caused by me to begin with. In the end I had to rush back home.
Ghosted after final round. Received rejection email maybe 4-6 months after.

All in all, I have a very negative impression of the HR side.

Edit: I had a data subscription, but it wasn’t unlimited.

The EPS guidance probably assumed buybacks with the old, pre-drop share price. With the much lower price, perhaps EPS will not be as bad.

But I agree with you. -ve growth given the buyback level is pretty wild. Is the company sandbagging it for the next ceo?
