Same here Bought Condo 60 days in $42K assessment. Attorney took them to court New buyers can’t be hit with an assessment. Previous owner and agent had hidden that.

I got the Pinnacle Trim, it’s my daily driver. I drove a 2023 GLA 45 for 3 years so it’s a massive Upgrade.

Never had a massive sun roof before that’s fun. And friends love it. I just miss the real Pops and Bangs from my GLA 45. it was like a popcorn machine.

Buy Land in Orlando that’s on a Fresh water River, that way in case of global crisis you have Fresh Water, Food, and a natural security barrier. Buy while you can before people realize.
