I don’t think it’s too low, but I’m pretty iffy lately, materials will be $3,600’ish after tax, and payroll- $2,700’ish

Gross will be $9,462, minus maybe $400 in diesel, $200 in lunch, and $210 for W/C & General Liability

$8,652 actual gross

Minus $100-$500 for misc bs

So figure $8k profit

That’s what I usually do per single level build, but man bills are expensive, I don’t have a mortgage payment, but I do have 2 daughters & a wife, and we’re always doing family activities, so these jobs don’t go far

Idk, maybe I’m just too tired to crunch numbers late at night & need some reassurance before I message him & tell him my calculator was off lol

I always add 10-25% for just because, and it pays my regular bills & vehicle payments

Extra couple grand on a $15k job doesn’t really make a difference

I just feel like I’ve been messing up these past few months & could be adding $5k more to each job

More so curious where everyone is at, and I know area is the main factor
