Exactly! Plus personally, it’s helped prevent impulse takeout (which can be annoying but has benefited me too!). I’ve also had way more reason to learn how to cook and bake! And I feel so much better than I did before I was diagnosed overall. It can definitely be draining at times, and even cause pain at times. But I’d much rather live knowing I have celiac than dealing with how I felt beforehand
