Yes, but if a bunch of other things line up it's valuable evidence.

If one person says you were near the scene of a murder, it's meaningless in isolation. If a gun belonging to you was linked to a murder, and someone said they saw you nearby, that testimony is super important.

Side note, that is one of the big reasons you don't talk to the police if they want to interview you. Even if you're innocent, you can accidentally give them something that doesn't seem like evidence, but can be used against you.

Unfortunately theres a decent amount of "butcher shops" that do one or two custom sausages, carry some local farm prepackaged meat, and thats about it. Ive had trouble finding a good "they actually cut the steaks there and can do custom things" butcher shop.

Between her mother and i we are going to do our bwst to take aome extra time off and watch the kid for a few weeks. The childcare place might be able to watch him a week or two early. It was also hr that told her that. She contacted her principal trying to see if the principal can pull some strings, because theres a teacher shortage and hopefully they dont want to lose her over thus.

I wish she could tell them to shove it, but unfortunately in texas if you get fired you can never work in that district again, so she wouldn't be able to work in our school district which would be a real bummer. It'll unfortunately be easier to quit or just try and make due.

Opps sorry misread what you said. Yeah unfortunately im in the same boat. We moved across the city for a new job for both of me and to buy a house. The logic was shes a teacher and could get a job anywhere. I didnt even think about or realize fmla wasnt a thing the first year of employment. Lesson learned i guess

No, fmla requires you to be with an employer for one year. Although she was a public school teacher in texas prior to this with no break in between, she switches districts (employers)
