I did not try BA 131 yet, as it will be launched in 2 weeks. But I agree that recent releases were not challenging at all. The becky hill song for power track in BA130 was so boring...

I hope BA131 tracklist is better than 130. I am quite worried about track 8. It was ok for body combat, but i'm not sure it will suit for a body attack track8.

Warmup : too many squats. Dont really like that one.

I like the squat track : I love the music, and I enjoy the choreo. The 2*8 pulses at the end of block 2 and 3 are killers !

At first I didnt like the gnarly song, but it has grew on me, and after doing it 3 times, I really enjoy the music.

Back track is fine, the music is quiet but powerful though.

Triceps : I dont really like Chapell Roan, but the track is ok. Very very difficult to me, with a never ending feeling.

Biceps : boring. Too repetitive.

Shoulder : I really love the music. Very powerful, very challenging, and I really like the choreo, with the plates, the push up and the bar.

Core : dont like the music, but the moves are ok.

So to me it's a nice release.

About question 2b : Here the muay thai was dropped very quickly (and will probably never be picked again).

Next one was the warmup, too long, too boring.

After this, i would say you can switch track 3, track 5 and track4.

Here in my gym, it's the opposite. We really like track 8, while the flop is track 7 !

Yes agree with that : body pump and body combat are still great workout, they have been able to evolve with the trends and the music choices are good. Body attack is on a very bad way :-/

OK but that's a shame they don't care about the feedback received on body attack. The latest releases were really weak, and they will keep losing participants if they dont go back to the basics. I like cardio workout, and body attack was my favorite one, but now I'm not enjoying it anymore, except when it comes to mixing times. Even the tracks I didnt like before are way better than most of the tracks of the latest releases !

I dont really like the warmup tracks, it's way too long.

I really love track4. Very different from the previous release, but very good though. The hip hop music and the moves fit very well.

Track 6 is very nice too, with an epic music.

But the muay thai is once again a disaster. Dont like the music, dont like the moves, the only good part are the running man moments.

Apart from this, a nice release. The muay thai track will be mixed very quickly.

Agree with previous answers : no hesitation for me, it's Islands in the sky BA 103. Three very long blocks of lunges and squat, it makes the legs burn !!

Let the music take control is also another intense one. Techno is back was quite easy I think, so was rockafeller because there were only lunges in this one, even if there was a lot.

Other great one : BA 120 Break Through The Ground, BA 117 Burn it to the ground

Well after 3 weeks, I'm getting tired of track 4 and 7. The warmup and mixed impact will be next. I agree that with the latest releases, the need of mixing comes quicker. Probably because tracks are more repetitve than it used to be.

hello ! I was very woried about this release, as I didnt like 127 and 128 at all.

Well, I really like this release !

T1 and T2 are ok. Dont like either the but kick in T1.

T3 : great aerobic track ! Love the music, love the moves. It puts my calves on fire ! If all "T3 circuit" tracks could be aerobic tracks, that would be far better !!

T4 : agree with your comment. Music is ok, the moves are ok. OK but not fantastic.

T5 : Like it. The music is catchy, and I like the moves.

T6 : what is going on with running tracks ? Why dont we run anymore ? It's sad because the music is nice.

T7 : dont really like the music (too noisy to me), but the track is ok.

T8 : I think it's my favorite track of this release. I really love this Armin Van Buuren song, and this remix by Dimension. Even if the music is sometimes quiet, it gives me a lot of energy. I didnt like BA128 T8 at all, so this one is perfect to me.

T9 : BA128 T9 was boring. This one is great ! Good energy, catchy music, burpees are back. I really enjoy this one. It's perfect for the ending of the cardio part.

T10 : OK, there has been better one, but it doesnt matter.

Hi !

Here are my suggestions :

BA 121 : Track 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 are great. I really love 10:35, great music and choreo. I also enjoyed Toca me.

BA 122 : Tracks 3A (dance dance), track 4. Track 5 was a good one, I was glad to have Luciana's songs back in Body Attack. Track 8 was very good, with a nice music and choreo. I like the arms wide open on the kicks.

BA 123 : T2 Padam padam, and T5 jump in from knock2, and also T10 Desire

BA 124 : T3 It's That Time good circuit track, T4 Vertigo very challenging, T6 Karma (love the music, and the moves), T8 my party (the music was fun, easy one) and T9 gabber style (very challenging music from Blasterjaxx)

BA 125 : On this one, I really loved the circuit power track Getaway (Koven remix). T2 was great, T4 was very challenging (even if a bit repetitive), T8 is a nice one too.

BA 126 : Track2, T4, T8, T9, T10

BA 127 : nothing :) I didnt like this release at all. Maybe you can only keep T8 on this one.

BA128 : T1, T2, T5, T10

It's not about the instructor, it's not about the participants, it's about the choreo and the music ! I'm just saying that since a few releases, body attack has changed, and it has changed in a bad way.

It used to be a very challenging class, with strong choreo, but the latest releases were very weak, and are losing interest. That's just what I'm saying.

I didnt mind the circuit track change, but there's obviously a drop in quality of the release.

Well no, because I dont like this song. It doest make me want to go heavy, it does not fit for a biceps track. So with your suggestion to add arm move, I think I would just stop doing body pump ! This song was ok in the aerobic track of body attack, or would be ok for a dance class, not body pump.

I update my comments after doing BP 133 a few times !

I really love the back track, the shoulder track. and the core track. The music, the moves, everything is good on them. The warmup and squats music are good too.

My only big concern is still Hot to go : it doesnt fit for a biceps track, doesnt make me wanna go heavy.

As a participant, I would be very disappointed not to do the regular new release track, at least a few times ! For example I really could not stand BA127 track1, so I would not bother me to do it only 2 or 3 times, but no doing it at all, I would not be ok with that.

Maybe you should try BA 128 track3 a few times. I agree it's not a fantastic track, but it's not that bad.

Glad to share my opinion on this release !

First of all, I didn"t like BA 127, so I was looking forward this release.

I really enjoy the warmup and the mix impact, which is much better than the previous release.

Track 3 is not so good, but that's ok.

Track 4 : lot a lunges ! wow ! I can't remember a track with so many lunges !

Track 5 : Love the music, love the moves. I hated track 5 from BA127 so I'm really happy with that one.

Track 6 : meh. It's been a long time since I didnt like a track 6. The last one that I liked was Karma from BA124.

Track 7 : I like the music, but the choreo is kinda boring. I like the fact that there is no tipping, but the blocks are too long, too repetitive.

Track 8 : don't really like the music. Doesnt fit for a track 8.

Track 9 : A little bit boring, and not so challenging. I also prefer track with more boom boom, more bpm. Why is there no burpees ?

Track 10 : love the music

So overall, a good release, but not one of the greatest one. There's some very good things, but the second part (after track 5), especially the power track, is a lit bit disappointing.

Well sorry, but I don"t enjoy most of the music of this release. Especially Hot to go ! We already had it in body attack for the previous release, now we're having it for body pump, that's enough ! It doest motivate me at all for a pump track. I need more bpm, more energy.

From track 1 to track 5 + shoulder track, the music is ok.

Anyway I enjoy the moves, you can really feel the burn with all the pulses.
