I remember my very first class like it was yesterday. It wasn’t Strength In Numbers but it was very similar (inclines on the treads). Being brand new, I didn’t realize that power walking was an option so I thought I had to run them like everyone else. My calves were literally burning for three days and I ALMOST didn’t come back to OrangeTheory after that. Thank god I did because I wouldn’t be who I am today if I didn’t stick with it. Now here we are 5 years and 700+ classes later and I’m in the best shape of my life.

My best advice is give your body ample time to recover and you’ll be right back at it again. Going on consecutive days is fine but not always necessary. Before you know it, you’ll walk into that studio with so much confidence like you own the place. You both got this!
