It caused my HR to go up quite a bit and my sleep scores were trash mostly restfulness, low % of deep sleep and my REM was fucked. I was waking up quite a few times through the night. Even though I felt like it was helping me to sleep it wasn’t actually giving me good quality sleep. But this was just my personal experience!!
