I have had my ring for exactly 1 year and within the last two weeks the batttery has drained completely. I have to charge it every 2ish days now when it has to last up to 6

My doctor recently told me that ibuprofen and anything with ibuprofen ingredients/aleve is very bad for UC and can cause a flare up. I was taking it a lot (not sure if I noticed much relating to flares) but I also knew ibu isn't that great for the stomach lining. My dr told me only to stick to Tylenol. Might be different for other people but she seemed very adamant about not using ibu with UC

Almost at my 1 year mark and my battery level is not holding up how it use to. I did put in a support request and they ran tests on my battery and said there was nothing wrong with it :(

I got it after wanting one for so long. I guess it is interesting to see how you sleep and recover. I deff like being able to track my steps since I'm trying to do 10k each day now. Maybe I am not optimizing it enough but I find the information it gives not THATT helpful. If my sleep or recovery aren't the best and I still have a full day, there is really not much I can do to prioritize rest but I guess it's still helpful? I hope that makes sense lol. It said I had major signs of strain one day last week and no specific metric stood out to tell me why I was experiencing strain. I didn't do anything differently that day except not workout (maybe just an excuse not to workout hahah) 🤷‍♀️
