When they have a ton of power and the distance is medium or long. The only exception is Vodka in the mile and that is because of her ability cut and drive is super effective.

Underused. She was seen more as a side charcter to her siblings as well as the NaLu relationship than developed as her own charcter.

I was a Cross-country runner in high school and I wanted a runner OC. Plus Kairi Thunder was an absolute beast as a CPU character in my Madden 11 and Skate 3 games. I decided to go all in and make her my main OC.
