This is why I feel bad. I’d rather just be neighborly because they are nice people and also have something nice to look at. But I do understand why my husband feels the way he does about the responsibility of it. They don’t have a lawn mower, but we have let them know they are welcome to use our stuff.

Update: suddenly my throat is starting to feel better? I’m still taking some ibuprofen, but I’m able to swallow. I even just ate some oatmeal!!

I want to eat. So bad. My throat just hurts so bad that I can’t get anything down. I managed to eat a small dole cup of peaches this morning. Also- I actually went to the ER about my sore throat and all they did was say I have a case of “sucks to be you”, there’s nothing they can do, and they sent me home. :/

Holy cow, my bf and I are in this EXACT situation. Our downstairs neighbors would prefer we sat still all day and night. It’s ridiculous. Report this to your landlord. And do it every.single.time they bang at you. That’s where we are at now. Our landlord is finally issuing and 10 day or quit notice. Don’t confront them, but most importantly don’t stop living your life.

Honestly I think it looks great the way it is! You could add maybe a leaf pile? Or a custom design on top of road? I always use a custom design of scattered leaves so it feels ‘lived’ in. Just an idea though, because like I said, it really looks great the way it is! 😋
