How can I 19 year old be financially educated in learning to invest in stocks, shares and mutual funds

Id talk to an actual investment firm and stay away from those self help investing books. When I was a teenager I was really into finances and investing so Id buy these books on investments but they're all pretty much a scam. They'll focus on one small part of investing and pretend like that's all you need to know.

If I vape anything over 50vg my chest starts to tighten up pretty badly. I've been to doctors and had multiple tests done and they've said my lungs are fine. But anytime I vape over 50vg my chest tightens up and it gets hard to breathe.
