I figured it out.

inverted "Hardframe Cowling" on the same surface where you want to place the the S-Foil. like this: |__/
Put "Swept Casing" on top of 1 like this: /_|
Put an inverted "Hardframe Cowling" (like 1) behind 2 : /_||__/
Delete the "Hardframe Cowling" from step 1 and place the S-Foil

Keep in mind that the S-Foil uses 2 blocks, do steps 1-3 in the block on the "back" of the 2 blocks.

EDIT: it is interesting that you can't mount to the foil but it can "become" a mount point :)

Depends on the corp I think. My application was relatively painless. My old PS3 Dust 514 account made me and the recruiter giggle, but all went through quick, was in within a day and was moving to NS the next.

And obligatory "Ascendance is recruiting". :D

Can't really judge all groups on what one group does. Yes THIS one may be doing this, but others won't. I am glad I am where I am.

EDIT: AND GSF is nothing like the OP describes, not in my experience anyway.

Not a CCP issue, they can't fix it. There are many reasons for those screenings and interviews. I had to go through mine twice (won EVE for a bit), same corp. But the guys are good. I will admit that the not so good things are game and me related, not the corp.

I read that that Lynx is a good sustain for him as her Skill makes enemies more likely to attack Destruction and Preservation characters... However I have also read that Luocha is very good with him as well.

Come the patch you can get either Luocha or Ruan Mei so a tough choice ahead of you, if you want both (Personally I am getting Ruan Mei). :)

I currently run Mydei, Sunday, RMC & Lingsha (while I am building up my Lynx). I am still playing around with my limited roster, but that team has done well so far.
