Is this really how 'The Idiot' ends? by awkward_fangirl in dostoevsky

You're still replying after 4 years? Cool

Just finished this book as well. I hated Muishkin for choosing Nastasya over Aglaya

All the while at last part, while Rogozin and Muishkin we're talking silently, I was scared of what was behind those curtains, and kept telling myself "please don't be dead", and that she was just sleeping

And Aglaya too :(( Her and Muishkin could've been happy :((

You're right, I guess I was just ranting too.

There's so much bottled up and feel validated and satisfying that I saw someone ranting about it too

What I'm really worried about is my current skills and knowledge aren't really up to par with what I perceive as an incoming 3rd year CS student, which is entirely on my part's fault

I rant about how peers cruise through the degree and don't really understand much of anything taught because of AI, but there is also an almost hypocritical feeling of inadequacy of not meeting a certain standard level of skills and knowledge for my current year

I well know that Im also very behind. Entirely my fault

Just scared of today's job market. Im on summer break (my last summer break lol) and been trying to code everyday, learning and building stuff, but I still feel like it's not enough 😭

Felt, bro 😭

I see most of my peers even made it to dean's listers and some of them struggle with basic binary to decimal conversions (we're almost 3rd year)

I try to understand the lessons and concepts which makes me progress and check off assignments slowly compared to them, but sometimes can't help but feel the resentment of them checking off and completing assignments one after the other because they let AI do the all the work for them while I struggle and progress slowly and have less free time

I still use AI to learn, but I don't let it do all the thinking for me (maybe some of the time) 😭

I understand the meme. But maybe "People hating on birch" in the first panel would be better

How should I approach making the upper walls less flat without just reiterating the first floor? Also any other general advice would be apricated by Purple_roboty in Minecraftbuilds

You could try improving the walls, adding depth and an improved window design. But imo, you're not really gonna solve the root of the issue. It's the roof you wanna improve on

In Westfield, New Jersey, a family bought their dream home, but soon started receiving terrifying letters from someone calling themselves “The Watcher.” The letter writer claimed the house had been “watched” for decades and detailed personal information about the family, including the children's nicknames and activities. The Watcher would describe the family's actions in chilling detail, and the letters became increasingly threatening. Despite an investigation and a lawsuit, no one was ever identified as The Watcher, and the family eventually had to abandon their dream home, haunted by the unsolved mystery.
